We fight for healthcare rights at the local and state levels, ensuring underserved communities are represented in policy discussions. Our work includes Legislative outreach and lobbying, Grassroots advocacy campaigns, and Community mobilization and awareness events.
Health Education & Outreach
Empowering individuals with the knowledge to make informed decisions is central to our mission. We offer, Free health literacy workshops, Preventive care awareness programs, and Resources on navigating healthcare systems.
Enrollment Resources
Her at Agility Cares, we help individuals and families connect with essential health services and coverage options. Our team provides Insurance navigation (Medicaid, ACA, Medicare), Application assistance for health programs and Referrals to local clinics and specialists.
Community Support
We recognize that health goes beyond clinics and hospitals. That’s why we offer wraparound support to help our communities thrive. Services include, Mental health resource referrals, Transportation coordination for medical appointments, Health screenings and mobile clinic events.
